The mission of MAGGSOSA Alumni Fund (MAF) is to foster a sustained passionate and engaged community of MAGGSOSAns that promotes and supports programs and projects that advance the continuous existence of GHS Mamfe. This requires a dedicated staff presence in the Alumni Relations Office on GHS Campus to coordinate MAGGSOSA’s mission activities. MAF is offering a Job opportunity that is open to the general public.

Essential Responsibilities
- Coordinates on-campus programs and projects with the MAF and MAGGSOSA General Executive.
- Attends events, meetings, or other activities on behalf of MAGGSOSA.
- Provides reports that reflect relevant data gathering and analysis.
- Collaborates with appropriate staff, PTA to share information on events and articulate MAF plans and activities.
- Coordinates and trains volunteers who work on events, projects and programs.
- Represents the MAF at various meetings, committees, and task forces; promotes existing and new programs and/or policies.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Manage and maintain an inventory of MAF assets on campus.
- Maintain reliable records as they pertain to MAF activities.
- Expected to provide weekly reports of activities to MAG Projects Committee Chair.
- Evaluates the need for additional services or projects.
Coordinator Requirements
Preference will be given to Applicants possessing the following:
- Strong work ethics, record-keeping, service, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal, organizational, and attention to detail skills
- Staying up to date with projects, PTA and Projects.
- Strong record-keeping, reporting, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in use of the internet services with applications like Zoom, Google Docs, MS Office.
- Previous experience is a plus.
Evaluation
The applicant’s initial evaluation will be based on information provided on the application form and supporting documents submitted with the application. Applications must be submitted by the individual applicant. On review, applicants will be notified and interviewed by a team. Interviews will be conducted via zoom.
